I grew up in Sacramento and graduated from Jesuit High School. After high school, I attended and graduated from California State University, Sacramento. Through college I worked in the sporting goods industry. I have always had an interest in working with children, due to the fact that I believe the future is in their hands and it is our job to prepare them well for it. I have many hobbies from cars to mountain biking and snowboarding. I also enjoy soccer a great deal and have coached at a variety of youth levels.
I enjoy teaching technology, math, STEAM, and P.E. at the Kindergarten through Fifth grade level. I feel privileged that I am able to educate our students in the world of technology. It is amazing what such young minds are capable of understanding and creating. I also enjoy being able to take out students further in their journey of the ever changing realm of technology. P.E. is a class that always amazes me. The heart and effort our students can put into their physical performance and how it translates into other facets of life. In STEAM, it is amazing to see students apply all the math, science, art and technology in real life projects. I am honored to be able to teach our students and travel alongside them in their educational experience.
